This application, for grant of regular bail, arises out of Beur Police Station Case No. 235 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

It is alleged that 100 litres of country made Mahua liquor has been recovered from the dikky of the Car of the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 22.03.2023 and they have clean antecedent.

Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing
