Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mofassil P.S. Case No. 103 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The alleged recovery has been made from the joint house of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33459 of 2018 (2) dt.07-06-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Excise Judge, Gaya in connection with Mofassil P.S. Case No. 103 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
