2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 27 liters of Nepali Saufi wine has been recovered from a plastic bag near Sinduria Chowk and this petitioner is alleged to have thrown aforesaid liquor on road. As per paragraph - 3 of the petition, petitioner has got two criminal antecedent of similar nature.
