ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-04-2015 The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 13.7.2012, by which the S.D.O., Sadar, Gaya has set aside his earlier order in Miscellaneous case No.2938 of 2010, by which he had directed the Opposite Party No.2 to remove the machines and tools from the residential colony.

On going through the impugned order, I do not find any justification for having reviewed his own order. Hence, the application is allowed and the order dated 13.7.2012 passed by the S.D.O., Sadar, Gaya in Miscellaneous case No.2938 of 2010 is set aside. The S.D.O., Sadar, Gaya is directed to take immediate action for ensuring removal of the objectionable articles from the residential colony.
