Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 664 of 2021 (Arising out of Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 488 of 2021) registered for the offences under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 25(1-b)A, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2021.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-5, Bhagalpur in connection with S.T. No. 664 of 2021 (arising out of Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 488/2021).

The petitioner will visit Nagar Thana, Sahibganj, Jharkhand on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

The District Judge, Bhagalpur is directed to transfer all the cases of the petitioner in which he is an accused in a particular Court having jurisdiction over the matter and expedite the trial of the petitioner in all the following cases:- (I) :- Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 488 of 2021 (ii):- Barari P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017 (iii):- Nagar P.S. Case No. 49 of 2020 (iv):- Nagar P.S. Case No. 205 of 2015 (v):- Nagar P.S. Case No. 254 of 2019
