Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Ritesh Kumar Sinha, learned counsel, who has appeared as per instruction of Sri Dhananjay Kumar Tiwary, learned counsel for the informant, seeks permission to withdraw this petition.

The prayer is allowed.

It goes without saying that if within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner appears before the court below
