2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 379, 354, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner no. 1 assaulted the husband of informant on his head with butt of pistol, petitioner no. 2 snatched bag from his possession, petitioner no. 3 assaulted with iron rod on his head. Petitioner no. 4 is alleged to have dashed the informant on the ground.

4. It is submitted that due to land dispute between the parties for which a title suit bearing TS No. 267 of 2016 is pending in the Court of learned Sub Judge V, Saharsa, a simple marpit took place. There is case and counter case. The doctor has found the injury sustained by the injured simple in nature.
5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar (Sonbarsa Kachahari) P.S. Case No. 1219 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) vinita/- U T
