JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-10-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 342, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-B)a of the Arms Act. Prosecution case is that petitioner is alleged to have pointed a gun on the informant while watching the drama. Somehow, said gun was taken from his hand by the help of people and handed over to the police.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, his prayer for bail is refused with direction to
