The petitioner seeks bail in Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 167 of 2019 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 119 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 17.03.2020. Vide order dated 24.09.2021, report was called for regarding the stage of trial and same has been received (kept at flag 'R'), which reveals that charge has already been framed and case is fixed for evidence. Four witnesses have already been examined.

Considering the stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail.
