2. By way of the present application, the petitioner seeks modification of the order dated 24.09.2025 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 64654 of 2025, whereby the petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender within a period of four weeks and furnish bail bonds.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that, due to certain unavoidable circumstances as stated in the modification application, he could not surrender within the

However, it is undertaken on behalf of the petitioner that, if the aforesaid period is extended for a further period of four weeks, he shall positively surrender and furnish the requisite bail bonds within the extended period.

4. Mr. Satyendra Narayan Singh, learned Advocate for the State, opposed the prayer and submitted that the petitioner has violated the order passed by this Court.

5. Having considered the submissions advanced on behalf of the respective parties and taking note of the averments made in the modification application, the same stands allowed, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 5,000/-, which shall be deposited in the Lawyers' Association Welfare Benevolent Fund, Patna, within a period of two weeks from today.

6. Upon deposit of the aforesaid cost, the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted within a further period of four weeks from the date of his surrender.
