Patna High Court LPA No.1375 of 2012 (2) dt.31-03-2015 writ petition on the facts as found by him. In view of the disputed questions of facts, this court is unable to decide the same and learned Single Judge rightly relegated the writ petitioner to civil court of competent jurisdiction to assert and establish his right. Accordingly, this Letters Patent Appeal stands dismissed.
