Petitioner's counsel submits that she would be approaching the District Magistrate by filing a representation in respect of the selection of Angan Bari Sevika in question. The records reveal that many steps have been taken in respect of the selection process.

In view thereof, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the prayer made by the petitioner's counsel, and if the cause of action still subsists, this Court would only observe
