The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of statement of the victim recorded u/s 164 of the Cr.P.C. contained in Annexure 2, it is evident that the victim has married with petitioner out of her will and choice and leading her conjugal life with him. Her age has been assessed to be around 19 years by Medical Board.

In the facts of the case as well as statement of the victim as above, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender, let the petitioner mentioned above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
