2. In this case, on 05.10.2023, Cr. Misc. No. 59524 of 2023 was allowed in connection with University (L.N.M.U.) P.S. Case No. 142 of 2023.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that she was out of State and as such, could not know about the grant of relief to her which caused delay for which she undertakes to pay Rs. 1,000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
