The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Jamui (Adarsh) P.S. Case No.418/2017, registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 307, 379, 427, 448, 353, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant is headmaster of Upgraded Middle School, Dundo, alleged that while he was discharging his official duty, the petitioner who is husband of Smt. Rachna Kumari, the teacher of the school came and asked him to put signature on a blank form. When the informant refused to put signature on the form, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the wife of the petitioner also lodged a case against the informant and others bearing Jamui P.S. Case No.422 of 2017. No.34672 of 2018 (2) dt.03-07-2018 2/2 petitioner is in general category but she was appointed in S.C. category but the District Lok Complaint Redressal Officer, Jamui found the allegation made against the wife of petitioner false. The informant earlier stopped the payment of salary of the wife of the petitioner but the District Education Officer directed the informant to pay the salary and that is why the informant has lodged this false case.

It appears that the informant has earlier lodged a case against the wife of the petitioner and also stopped payment of salary. There is dispute between the headmaster and the teacher, who happens to be the wife of the petitioner and there is a case and counter case between the parties, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamui, in connection with Jamui (Adarsh) P.S.
