The present Writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondent authorities to implement/execute the order dated 04.02.2012, as contained in Annexure-2, passed by learned Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Phulparas, District - Madhubani in Land Dispute Case No. 81/2011-12, whereby Circle

Patna High Court CWJC No.6403 of 2015 (2) dt.02-11-2017 2/2 Officer, Phulparas, Madhubani was directed to create Jamabandi of 1/3rd of land in favour of the petitioner and demarcate the land in question.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that, though, Circle Officer issued notice in response to the order of the DCLR but till date the order has not been implemented.

Since there is specific provision for execution of the order passed by the competent authority and punishment for obstruction in execution or willful disobedience or noncompliance of the final order under Sections 15 and 15A of the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2009, the Writ application is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to seek remedy before appropriate forum.
