JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-10-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a representation before the Additional Secretary, Home Department, Government of India, Freedom Fighter Section, Lok Nayak Bhawan, Khan Market, New Delhi (Annexure-10 to the writ petition), hence the said authority be directed to dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order, considering the recommendation of the Government of Bihar, contained in letter dated 12.09.2013 (Annexure-12 to the writ petition).

This Court deems it fit and proper to direct the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1899 of 2014(2) dt.25-10-2019 2/2 Additional Secretary, Home Department, Government of India, Freedom Fighter Section, New Delhi to dispose of the pending application of the petitioner, if any, considering the recommendations of the Government of Bihar.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
