The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Goraul P.S. Case No. 151/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 341, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant named five persons including the petitioner Ram Ekbal Mahto @ Ram Ekbal Singh and alleged that he gave Rs. 1,25,000/- each to all the five accused persons for executing the sale deed, but Ram Ekbal Singh executed the sale deed of 13 dhurs land in favour of the informant with regard to his share, but the petitioner and others did not execute the sale deed. There is no chit of paper to show that the petitioner took any money from the informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46560 of 2016 (2) dt.01-12-2016 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 151/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
