Case No. 45 of 2012 instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 347, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The learned Magistrate took cognizance against the petitioner and 7 other accused persons by order dated 20.04.2016. The case is pending for appearance.
