(3) PLJR 1029 (Akhilanand Singh & ors. vs. The State of Bihar & ors.), hence the present writ petition can be disposed off with a direction to the University to absorb the services of the petitioner in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Akhilanand Singh & ors. (supra) as well as for payment of the consequential benefits in terms thereof. Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent no. 4 shall examine the case of the petitioner and take a final decision in the matter and in case his

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner shall file a representation before the respondent no. 4, enclosing a copy of the judgment passed in the case of Akhilanand Singh & ors. (supra), within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 4 shall pass a reasoned and just order within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
