Seeking his promotion and grant of Senior Selection Grade the petitioner (since deceased and substituted by his widow Mostt. Urmila Devi) filed the writ petition in year 2015 after he had retired way back in 1993. The learned Writ Court found that the petitioner is claiming benefit from 1993 when his junior colleagues were granted the benefit but at the same time the petitioner had

Patna High Court LPA No.1167 of 2015 dt.06-11-2017 2/2 retired in the year 1993 and also for grant of benefit which itself came to an end in year 1998. The learned Writ Court held that after such a long delay no indulgence can be made in the matter. The writ petition was dismissed accordingly.

We see no reason warranting reconsideration in the matter. The appeal is therefore dismissed.
