The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No. 171 of 2017 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the gravity of offence and the serious nature of allegation made against the petitioner that he along with other co-accused persons lynched the younger brother of the informant Anshu Mali Kumar Mishra to death, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
