In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 3104 of 2013 (Tr. No.1483 of 2019) registered for the offence under Sections 323, 504, 420, 406/34 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the fact that the dispute is of civil nature, let the above-named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each
