No. 20355 of 2018, there was error in the application, as case was pending before the learned Addl. Session Judge, F.T.C.-2, Supaul instead of pendency shown in the court of District & Session Judge, Supaul, so the petitioners are being not released even admitted them on bail by order dated 06.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20355 of 2018. Considering submission in modification application, petitioner is directed first to make necessary correction in the main application i.e., Cr. Misc. No. 20355 of 2018, in course of the day. Now in the last paragraph in order dated 06.04.2018 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 20355 of 2018, instead of satisfaction of learned District & Sessions Judge, Supaul in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38382 of 2018(2) dt.04-07-2018 2/2 Birpur P.S.Case No. 66 of 2017 giving rise to Sessions Trial No. 101 of 2017 be read as to the satisfaction of "learned Addl.
