The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manjhagarh P.S. Case No. 219 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 413, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has not stolen any motorcycle and he has been languishing in judicial custody for the last one year. Statement to that effect has also been made in paragraph -9 of the petition. Considering the facts and circumstances of the
