The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Special (Excise) P.S. Case No. 518 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the instant case mere on suspicion. He is a man of clean antecedent. Further submission is that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28052 of 2019(2) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge (Excise), Saharsa in connection with Special (Excise) Case No. 518 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
