Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55742 of 2017 (2) dt.30-11-2017 2/3 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Petition No.116C of 2017 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that 33 acres land situated in villageBangpur was in the name of Late Ramesh Upadhayay. After the death of Ramesh Upadhayay, the name of the complainant/opposite party no.2 and her two sons were mutated in the Revenue Record and they are coming in possession. One Vishhnu Chaubey executed the sale deed of the aforesaid land to 16 persons including the petitioners showing his name as Gautam Upadhyay.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are bonafide purchasers of the aforesaid land of Vishnu Chaubey, who claimed himself to be the owner of the aforesaid land.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender by them within six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Complaint Petition No.116C of 2017,
