The petitioner seeks bail in Bathnaha P.S. Case No. 13 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 379 / 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is alleged to have stolen away the motorcycle of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that as per seizure list, the stolen motorcycle has been recovered from village - Dostpur i.e. village of informant, whereas, petitioner has been arrested in village Pandaul. Petitioner is in custody since 14.01.2021. Investigation is complete. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38480 of 2021(2) dt.13-12-2021 2/2 bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Bathnaha P.S.
