"1.That this is an application praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction for quashing the order dated 29-122012 & 28-1-2013, as contained in memo dated 20.3.2013/10.1.2013 passed in connection with Case No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.22850 of 2013(2) dt.22-06-2023 2/3 2h/13 by the District Programme Officer, Patna, whereby and whereunder the learned District Programme Officer terminated petitioner's appointment as Anganbari Sevika in Anganbari Centre Code No. 80 of Child Development Project Officer Punpun-cum-Sampatchak alleging of committed irregularities by the petitioner in running the said centre, inter alia, the following reliefs:- (i) The order dated 20.3.2013 passed in connection with Case No. 2h/13 be held as illegal and void as passed in complete violation of the principle of natural justice;

(ii) The order dated 10.1.2013 passed in connection with Case No. 402G/12 be declared as illegal and accordingly be set aside;

(iii) The respondents concerned be directed to reinstate the petitioner as Anganbari Sewika in the aforesaid Anganbari Centre having Code No. 80;

(iv) The respondents' inaction in

Patna High Court CWJC No.22850 of 2013(2) dt.22-06-2023 3/3 firstly not appointing Anganbari Sahayika for a long period and secondly not appreciating the good work of the petitioner be highly deprecated;

(v) The respondents be directed to grant all the consequential benefits to the petitioner for which she is legally entitled to."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file appropriate appeal challenging the impugned orders dated 20.03.2013/10.01.2013 passed by the District Programme Officer, Patna. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
