JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-07-2023 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 25.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56313 of 2021 to the extent of exemption from condition No. 8 of the said order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to modify the aforesaid order and prays to be exempted from condition No. 8 of the said order whereby petitioner had to surrender his passport before the investigating officer. It is submitted that petitioner is ready to give an undertaking to be present before the court as and when required and also to give undertaking to inform the court about his foreign travel in advance.

This Court is of the opinion that no valid ground has been made out by the petitioner for consideration of this application.

This modification application is, accordingly,
