ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The application for anticipatory bail was earlier rejected on 09.05.2016 in Cr. Misc. No. 12464 of 2016. The present application is a second attempt to seek prearrest bail. Since no new facts have been placed on record and there is no change of circumstances, I am not inclined to entertain the second application for anticipatory bail. It is, accordingly, rejected.

If, however, the petitioner surrenders in the court below within a period of four weeks, the court below shall consider this case on its own merit.
