The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 354, 354-B and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, it is a case of assault upon the informant due to which she sustained injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that from perusal of the impugned order, it appears that there is no mention regarding nature of injury. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Banka, in connection with Banka P.S.
