JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-05-2019 The short prayer of the petitioners is for payment of the admitted dues of arrears of salary on account of revision of pay, as has been determined by the University vide Annexures 3 and 4 to the writ petition and also in light of the direction issued by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Contempt Petition (C) no. 262 of 2013 vide order dated 11.08.2017.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the University submits that the admitted outstanding dues of the arrears of

Patna High Court CWJC No.9939 of 2019(2) dt.02-05-2019 2/2 salary of the petitioners would definitely be paid, however they may file a representation before the Registrar, Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga with regard to the same. Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners may approach the respondent no. 4 within a period of four weeks from today by filing appropriate representation annexing therein the order of the Hon'ble Apex Court as also Annexures 3 and 4 to the present writ petition, whereafter the University shall take a call and make payment within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
