This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Goraul P.S. Case No.153 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. 3.

The police apprehended three persons and from the possession of the petitioner one live cartridge and a mobile phone have been recovered.

The petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2024. 5.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed. 6.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28785 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur / concerned Court below, in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No.153 of 2024, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relative of the petitioner.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence at Bhagwanpur Police Station, District-Vaishali on first and third Sunday of every month, failing which, his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the trial Court.
