This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing the first information report of Teghra P. S. Case No. 391 of 2014 registered under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
From perusal of the first information report itself, it would be manifest that there is allegation against the petitioner that he committed murder of his wife and hurriedly disposed of her body.

In that view of the matter, no case for interference at this stage is made out. Accordingly, the application, being devoid of any merit, is dismissed.
