2. The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 08.09.2022, passed by learned Sessions Judge, Jehanabad, in N.D.P.S. Case No. 18 of 2020, arising out of Kurtha P.S. Case No. 266 of 2020, by which the learned court below has been pleased to take cognizance for the offences punishable under Section 20(i) of the N.D.P.S. Act against the petitioner.

3. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present quashing application with a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33395 of 2023(4) dt.18-11-2024 2/2 liberty to move before this Court after framing of charge, if the charge has not been framed.

4. Permission is accorded.
