JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-12-2017 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, section 10 of the Bihar conduct of Examination Act and section 66 of the I.T. Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on suspicion due to previous enmity. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Similarly situated coaccused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 09.11.2017 and 22.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 25019 of 2017 and 50220 of 2017 respectively. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.52623 of 2017(3) dt.12-12-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Nawada in connection with Warisaliganj P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
