The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 325 & 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegation made in the F.I.R that all the accused persons assaulted the informant causing multiple grievous injuries, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35280 of 2018 (2) dt.28-06-2018 2/2 rejected.

However, in case the petitioners surrender and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
