Petitioner is in custody in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 105 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(A)/32(2)/41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case total 1143.720 liters of liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 21. 3.2019.

Learned counsel submits that although petitioner has criminal antecedent but none of the case under prohibition and excise Act.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27609 of 2019(2) dt.26-04-2019 2/2 above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum-Special Judge, Excise, Vaishali in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 105 of 2019.
