The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Rupauli P.S. Case No. 11 of 2023 for the offence registered under Sections 144, 327, 307, 120(B) of the I.P.C. As per prosecution case, due to land dispute between the petitioners and the informant and his three brothers, petitioner along with other named accused persons hatched a conspiracy with two unknown miscreants to kill the son of the informant, two miscreants shot two fire by the fire arms on the son of the informant causing fire arm injury on his left thigh and near elbow.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner no.1 is the sister-in-law of the informant and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30806 of 2023(2) dt.15-06-2023 2/2 petitioner no. 2 is neighbor of the informant. There is land dispute between the informant and other FIR named accused persons. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The allegation of firing causing injury is on two unknown miscreants. Petitioners are in jail custody since 10.01.2023. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Purnea in Rupauli P.S. Case No. 11 of 2023.
