The petitioners are languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/448/386/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Submission is that for land dispute four persons allegedly caused fire-arm injury to the father of the informant. However, the doctor who performed post mortem examination found three fire-arm injuries on the person of the deceased. Hence, the informant appears to be not an eyewitness of the occurrence. The petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2021. Investigation of the case is already complete.

No.38689 of 2021(3) dt.28-10-2021 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No.100 of 2021, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below. (b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.

(c) The petitioners shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
