JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 08-11-2017 By order dated 19.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33377 of 2017, the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Barhara (Khawaspur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 277 of 2016. However, the petitioner could not furnish the bail bond within time for the reason that the petitioner was suffering from back pain and was advised by the Doctor complete bed rest. This application has been filed for modification of the aforesaid order to the extent to grant further four weeks time to surrender and file bail bond.

Prayer for time is allowed.

With the aforesaid observation, this application stands disposed of.
