The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 618 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24882 of 2020(5) dt.07-12-2020 2/2 the petitioners are innocent and have not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioners have been made accused in this case merely on the basis of self confession before the police which has no evidentiary value in the eye of law and except confession, no cogent material has come against the petitioners during course of investigation and the petitioners are rotting in judicial custody since 29.03.2020. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 618 of 2019.
