2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kartaha P.S. Case No. 68/2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/328/24 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is said to have killed the deceased after demanding dowry and torturing her. The petitioner is in jail since 09.11.2023.
4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner had informed the victim's family that the deceased had taken poison and has tried to commit suicide. The petitioner has taken his wife to the hospital and subsequently she was referred to P.M.C.H. where she could not survive.

5. Considering the fact that the victim was taken to the hospital by the petitioner for treatment and also considering the fact that the petitioner had informed his in-laws about the deceased having taken poison, this application is allowed.
6. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IVth, Vaishali at Hajipur/ concerned court in connection with Kartaha P.S. Case No. 68/2023.
