In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No.258 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8/12 of POCSO Act. Allegation against the co-accused including the petitioner is to have attempted to commit rape upon the victim in a lonely place.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
