No. 11865 of 2019 passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice and Hon'ble Mr. Justice S. Kumar.

It is submitted that due to typographical error in the prayer portion of the writ petition "Baleno Maruti of Pearl Arctic White Colour, Diesel bearing Engine No. D13A3403398, Chassis No. MA3EWB62SJJ575837, Model No. Maruti Baleno Delta" has wrongly been typed as "Bolero

Patna High Court MJC No.1064 of 2020(2) dt.19-03-2021 2/2 Maruti of White Colour bearing Engine No. 3403398, Chassis No. 575837."

In view of above submission, the order dated 23.06.2020 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 11865 of 2019 is modified to the extent that "Bolero Maruti of White Colour bearing Engine No. 3403398, Chassis No. 575837" be read as "Baleno Maruti of Pearl Arctic White Colour, Diesel bearing Engine No. D13A3403398, Chassis No. MA3EWB62SJJ575837, Model No. Maruti Baleno Delta"" wherever same forms part of the above order.

The modification petition is allowed to the extent as indicated above.
