This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 16 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the occurrence has taken place on a trivial issue and the injury sustained by the injured is simple in nature, this bail application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
