2. Learned counsel for the State has produced the order dated 21.02.2017 passed in CWJC No.11487 of 2014.
Patna High Court CWJC No.7405 of 2014(4) dt.13-02-2025 2/2 From a bare perusal of the order dated dated 21.02.2017 passed in CWJC No.11487 of 2014, it appears that the petitioners of the present writ application have also challenged the order as contained in Memo No.267 dated 22.12.2012 issued by the respondent No.4 by which the fair rent has been issued at the rate of Rs.6/- per sq.ft. from January, 2013 as against the previous rate of Rs. 1.75/- per sq.ft. Learned counsel for the State submits that a Coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court has been pleased to set aside the order dated 22.12.2012 as contained in Memo No.267 in CWJC No.11487 of 2014 and which is also the subject matter (impugned order) of the present writ application.
3. In view of the aforesaid, the Memo No.267 dated 22.12.2012 has already been set aside by a Coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court passed in CWJC No.11487 of 2014
4. Accordingly, this writ application stands dismissed as withdrawn as having become infructuous.
