Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Brahampur P.S.Case No. 113 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioners are sister-in-law (Gotni) and brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the deceased and the case is of dowry death. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation is attributed against the petitioners and there is general allegation of demand and also of causing death of the deceased.

Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34568 of 2018 (3) dt.27-07-2018 2/2 informant, who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners stating that FIR shows that there is specific allegation against these petitioners.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Let them surrender and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit.
