Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 5 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 30, 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The seizure list reflects recovery of 12.995 liters of foreign liquor from a motorcycle.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to previous land dispute. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these

Petitioners are men of clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar P.S.
